Can anyone use the Pelvicore Pro?

Yes. The Pelvicore Pro is designed to be used by both Men and Women regardless of your level of physical activity. However, NEVER begin an exercise regiment without consulting your Physician or Physical Therapist! 

 

How do I put on the Pelvicore Pro?

 

How do I inflate my Pelvicore Pro?

To inflate your SILVER Pelvicore Pro, insert a common ball inflation needle  (not provided) into ball inflation hole of the ball and place ball into strap as illustrated on your exercise sheet.

Overfill ball, being extremely cautious not to burst the ball!

Slowly release the air from the ball by reinserting needle into the ball filling hole, and the air will begin to escape. Once the ball sits comfortably in your strap, remove the needle and fasten the Velcro strap around the ball.

  

To inflate your RED Pelvicore Pro, insert a common ball inflation needle  (not provided) into ball inflation hole of the ball and place ball into strap as illustrated on your exercise sheet.

Fill Red ball so that the ball sits comfortably in your strap, remove the needle and fasten the Velcro strap around the ball.

 

If my Pelvicore Pro will no longer hold air or is damaged what do I do?

Your Pelvicore Pro Ball and Strap carry a limited liability warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 120 days. 

Over time, your ball may lose air and may need to be re-inflated. This is normal. Simply follow the instructions above.

If your ball becomes damaged or is unable to hold air in the first 30 days after receiving your Pelvicore Pro, email us at mail@pelvicsolutions.com immediately. 

Returns or exchanges limited to equipment if damaged or defective only.

The Pelvicore Pro must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. Any equipment returns other than if damaged or defective will not be accepted.

All items must be returned within 14 days upon receipt of order.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or defective.

Note: Replacement may require you sending us your Pelvicore Pro for inspection before a replacement is issued. Pelvic Solutions LLC is not responsible for balls or straps damaged by pets, children or neglect. The Pelvicore Pro is not a toy. Proper care should be taken to keep your Pelvicore Pro inflated. Keep away from heat and sharp objects at all times.
